Each month we create a limited tiramisu inspired by the season and the ingredients around us. We don’t want every flavor to taste like the south; we want some flavors to exist only here.
One flavor. One season. One moment.

Our Story
Ophelia Tiramisu comes from the story of Angélica, a Brazilian entrepreneur and gastronomy professional who found in Valdivia a place to begin a new chapter.
Brazil brings creativity and the joy of sharing around a table. Valdivia — with its rain, forests and pace — brings pause and everyday inspiration.
We are not trying to recreate Brazil or reinvent the south. We carry our roots with us while making something new in the home we chose.
Our approach
We make tiramisu in small batches, combining classic mascarpone cream, zabaione and savoiardi with textures and flavors that inspire us.
We respect what makes tiramisu itself — the creaminess, coffee, cocoa and balance between layers — and explore new paths from there.
Each tiramisu is made by hand, from the mascarpone cream to the final assembly. We watch the proportions and the textures.
Some flavors stay. Others appear for a limited time, guided by the season, the landscape or a new idea.
For every occasion
Sometimes you don’t need a special occasion. Just a good tiramisu.
End the table with something creamy and unhurried.
Bring tiramisu instead of flowers.
Birthdays, the office, or an unexpected gesture.
Or simply a moment for yourself.
